Cherie Lieurance is an associate with Taylor DeMarco LLP. She defends physicians, dentists, and other health care providers in medical malpractice cases. She also has expertise in defending cases involving allegations of sexual harassment and abuse, and elder abuse.

Prior to joining Taylor DeMarco, Ms. Lieurance’s practice involved medical malpractice defense. She also has experience in real estate litigation and transaction, general business, and insolvency law. She has represented creditors in Chapter 11 reorganization proceedings and Chapter 7 liquidation proceedings. Ms. Lieurance also has served as a director of Make A Wish Foundation, Los Angeles.


Ms. Lieurance received her Juris Doctor from Whittier College School of Law in Los Angeles where she served on the Whittier Law Review as Assistant Editor. Ms. Lieurance earned her Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Arizona State University.

Ms. Lieurance is a member of the California State Bar and is admitted to the U.S. District Court, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. She is a member of the Association of Southern California Defense Counsel.
